Service Description. This Site describes Mobile Tire Repair, Flat Tire Plug & Patch, Roadside Tire Replacement provided by LOU THE TIRE PLUG. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://mobiletirerepairspringfield.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of LOU THE TIRE PLUG or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. LOU THE TIRE PLUG reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://mobiletirerepairspringfield.com is provided on an "as is" basis. LOU THE TIRE PLUG makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of LOU THE TIRE PLUG arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify LOU THE TIRE PLUG from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MA for any related dispute.
